Why is it this fast and this price?
Because we've done this a lot and we build with AI-assisted tools that do in an hour what used to take a week. The judgment — what to build, what to skip, how to sell it — is the human part. That's what you're paying for.
What do I own?
Everything. The domain, the site, the Stripe account, the email list — all in your name, in accounts you control. If you leave, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Usually it's faster and cheaper to rebuild it than to fix it. If yours is close, we'll say so on the call and quote the smaller job.
What's not included?
Logos and brand design from scratch, photography, and writing beyond your pages (we draft every page; you approve). The Launch is one site, one way to buy, one round of changes — anything beyond that is quoted as an add-on, in writing, before it's built. Everything included is written down before you pay.
Can you do online ordering or a shop?
Simple ones, yes — a handful of products, services, deposits, tickets. A full catalog with inventory and shipping rules is a different job, and we'll tell you.
Do I have to be in Virginia?
No. The crew is Virginia-built and works with businesses anywhere in the US. Everything happens over a call and a shared link.
Why only four Launches a month?
Because five nights is a promise, and one crew can keep it four times a month, not forty. When the month is full you go on the list for the next one, in order.
What's a Founding Launch?
The first four clients get The Launch at $750 instead of $1,500, in exchange for being a public case study and recording a 60-second video about how it went. Four seats total; the counter on the pricing page is live.
Is the Launch Audit really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes, you leave with a written list of what's missing. If we're not the right fit we say so and you keep the list.
What if I'm slow getting you things?
The clock pauses whenever we're waiting on you — content, logins, a decision, a bank account — and restarts the night we have it. Five nights means five nights of us working, not five calendar days.
What happens after night five?
You're open. Most people add Keep the Light On so the site stays healthy and the monthly email goes out. Some add First 90 Days to get the sales side moving. Both are optional.
