How it went

Friday night: name, formats, prices settled. Saturday: site, event ticketing, payments wired, inquiry forms live. Sunday: owner trained on the editor, policies written, mailing list connected.

The owner updates events and page content herself. The crew handles the bigger changes. That’s the model: you own it, you run it, we keep the lights on.
